KF 31: Module I

This module is designed to lay the foundation for building authentic relationships outside of business and within the industry. This module will help you build the self-awareness and core leadership skills that make you a more effective investor and partner.

We built this module around a principle from Peter Drucker, who once said: first learn to manage yourself, then learn to manage your team. If you do those two things right, opportunities tend to manage themselves.

This module will immerse you in Kauffman Fellows' culture of learning, help you develop close relationships with your classmates rooted in trust, vulnerability, and openness, and equip you with the leadership tools to manage yourself, your relationships, and ultimately, the opportunities ahead.
